My Philosophy
For 20 years, I have provided therapy and support to individuals and groups in schools, community mental health agencies, healthcare settings, private practice, and psychiatric hospitals.
I specialize in working with young adults, women, and parents. As a former School Social Worker and parent myself, I understand the difficulties of trying to navigate the school system and community resources. I offer support and guidance in helping my clients navigate these systems so they can better support their own children and families.
